Pilates Intro Two

Pilates Intro Three

Learn to get your back stronger in this segment that's absolutely necessary for  hips that sit a lot. It's a mini full body workout at an intro level.

Pilates Intro Four

 Hip strength starts right here!

Did you know that core strength can be found lying on your side? This fundamental routine provides the strength needed to balance on one leg and it's  a necessary component to back health. Muscles like the Quadratus Lumborum, which attach to the side of the lumbar vertebrae, need elongation and some fun things to do. They won't be happy sitting around a lot, that's for sure! Pain and discomfort is the QL's way of communicating with you, hoping you'll realize their full potential for movement.
