I’ve been a Pilates teacher since 2000, trained at The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO and The Frog Temple in Chicago. I’m a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and a proud member of The Pilates Method Alliance.
My passion is classical Pilates, and I integrate contemporary techniques to make my classes inclusive and accessible for every body type. Extensive anatomy courses have enriched my understanding of movement, helping my students heal from injuries, build strength, and improve their range of motion.
My personal fitness journey began 30 years ago when I chose to transform my 180lb body into one that moved with ease and vitality. From aerobics and weight lifting to spinning, running, yoga, and the Barre Method, each experience has taught me the value of persistence, intuition, and a positive outlook.
I also bring a sense of divine inspiration into my teaching—a belief that our movement can reflect a deeper connection to our inner selves and the natural flow of life. This blend of practical expertise and an appreciation for the transformative power of movement helps me create personalized programs, whether in one-on-one sessions or virtual consultations.
