Ever wonder what the complete classical mat workout looks like in its unmodified form? This video is the closest I've come to achieving that. There are 5 levels in the mat, depending on your strength and body's ability, and this one ranks Level 4. It's technique and flow have been 21 years in the making, modified versions of each exercise have been my go-to all along until they no longer had to be.
Several things keep this from being a Level 5: my body has trouble with a few things and I do my own modification, a few exercises have more challenging add-ons, (which I excluded), the transitions could be cleaner and a final exercise called Big Twist has been omitted.
